Europe Estate Group, led by founders Rogier van den Brand and Amaury Verelst, focuses on the development of residential real estate projects on European territory; the majority around the Mediterranean Sea. At present, the company is very active in various locations in the Balearic Islands where mostly apartments and villas are realized.

From its office in Ibiza, an ambitious team of six employees is involved in managing and realizing Europe Estate Group’s real estate projects on a daily basis. The team is assisted by our expert pool of architects, construction experts, urban planners and suppliers in order to successfully complete each project.

From 2015 onwards Rogier van den Brand has selected Ibiza as his living and working area where he has since been active in the local real estate market. In addition, he has established Royal Estates Ibiza. This real estate agency mainly focuses on the sale and rental of residential properties in Ibiza. In recent years Rogier has realized many exclusive sales of +1 million euro properties.

Amaury Verelst is the founder and CEO of A. Verelst Development. This company focuses on the development of residential real estate projects in Belgium. Since the company’s sixth anniversary, several hundred apartments and houses have been built; with a constant of 600 units under development. In 2020, Amaury Verelst in Belgium was nominated for “Young Entrepreneur Of The Year”.
